Validators — Powering Real-World Utility
Xarva Validators keep the network honest and fast. They check and confirm real, compliance-native transactions from enterprises and write them on-chain. With Proof-of-Utility (PoU), rewards grow with verified throughput, uptime, and clean policy behavior — not token emissions or speculation.
Why this matters
Rewards are funded by real settlement activity. As enterprise adoption increases, validator rewards scale — a sustainable model that links validator income directly to real-world utility.
Simple idea
Do real work for the network → earn real rewards. Proof-of-Utility measures that work objectively.

How Xarva Will Acquire Validators
Xarva’s validator network grows through a structured, compliance-native onboarding pathway. The goal is simple: attract operators who can support real-world settlement volume—not speculators or short-term yield seekers. Each validator type strengthens uptime, policy enforcement and network capacity as settlements scale.
Strategic Validators
Telecoms, fintechs, and infrastructure operators who run nodes for their own transactions and SLAs. We acquire them via enterprise settlement pilots and technical integrations. Their incentives align naturally with uptime and real-world settlement volume.
Institutional Validators
Professional operators, custody partners, and staking providers attracted by compliance-native PoU rewards. They onboard through an NDA brief, technical review, and validator readiness checks.
Community Validators
Verified technical teams admitted through KYC, policy attestation and testnet proof. They expand decentralization and regional coverage as enterprise settlement grows globally.
Onboarding Funnel
- Apply via /contact
- Identity & infrastructure verification
- Testnet performance proof — uptime + policy checks
- Mainnet activation with PoU rewards
This structured funnel ensures that only validators ready for real-world enterprise settlement flows join mainnet.
How Proof-of-Utility (PoU) Works
Each epoch, the protocol measures three things: 1) verified transaction utility you process, 2) uptime/performance, and 3) compliance behavior. Rewards are distributed according to this utility score, and penalties apply for downtime or policy breaches.
Utility-weighted rewards: more verified work and strong uptime → more XRV. No “print more tokens” gimmicks.
Transparent economics: fixed 7B supply; fees follow a clear split designed for sustainability.

Validator Economics
Reward Source
Enterprise settlement fees across industries (e.g., telecom, fintech, IoT), converted into validator rewards via PoU.
Distribution Split
50% burn (deflationary), 40% validator rewards, 10% treasury for growth and security initiatives.
Sustainability
As throughput increases, rewards scale naturally. No reliance on inflation; incentives mirror real network use.
Forward-looking statements reflect goals, not guarantees. Public pages keep vendor names generic. Detailed partner stacks and audits are shared in the Validator Pack.
Network Growth Flywheel
Enterprises integrate and send transactions → Validators process and earn → More operators join and stake → Capacity expands → Enterprises see faster, cheaper, auditable settlements → Adoption accelerates. Positive-sum, driven by real usage.
Interoperability: Designed to connect across ecosystems without sacrificing governance or audit trails.
Compliance-native: Policy checks are built-in at the protocol level to enable institutional adoption.

Building the Validator Network
Strategic Validators
Enterprises and infra operators that run nodes for their own traffic and SLAs, aligning uptime with business outcomes.
Institutional Validators
Professional operators and staking providers seeking compliance-aligned, utility-based yield with clear auditability.
Community Validators
Verified technical teams that meet uptime, hardware, and policy standards. Entry via KYC and testnet proof.
1) Apply: Reach us via /contact.
2) Verify: Identity, infrastructure, policy readiness; confirm monitoring.
3) Prove: Connect to testnet; hit uptime/performance targets.
4) Launch: Go live on mainnet; earn PoU rewards from live utility.
Validator Capability & Rollout Plan
Xarva’s validator framework has already processed live enterprise pilot settlements. The next rollout phases onboard telecom and fintech operators as strategic validators, followed by institutional staking providers for broader decentralization. Each phase strengthens uptime, compliance, and liquidity — expanding Xarva into a validator network built for billions in annual on-chain settlements.
